Counseling is not only my profession, it is my passion and my calling. I am honored to walk with you through some of life's most difficult seasons as you challenge yourself to grow- fully empowered. I provide counseling for women ages 18 and older who are seeking support with stress, relationships, personal growth, and life’s many transitions. My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative, creating a comfortable space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and talk openly about what you’re experiencing. Together, we can work on building relational confidence, expressing your thoughts and feelings in healthy ways, managing stress, resolving conflict, and setting boundaries that honor your needs. I offer support that is encouraging, compassionate, and gently accountable—helping you gain insight, develop practical tools, and feel more confident making meaningful changes in your life. For women who desire faith-based support, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates faith into the therapeutic process. Whether you’re struggling in relationships, facing an unexpected transition, or simply know it’s time to prioritize yourself, counseling can be a meaningful step toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being.
